To snap or not to snap...that is the question Pt.1.

The problem with carrying around your camera, as you walk down the city is that when you are looking through the lens, you zoom-in, focus, and miss everything taking place around you.

I do love taking photos; sometimes I go somewhere just for the purpose of snapping away. But I can't deny that while I'm clicking away that sometimes stuff happens, and I generally tend to focus less on those I'm with.

It's a toss-up and sometimes, it's really worth leaving you camera behind.

On that note, I share with you Seoul: Gwangjang markets and beyond.

Gwangjang market

Mung bean pancakes.
A bowl of maekgoli to wash it all down.

Assortment of fried goodness. The seafood pancake is my  pick!
This was my first Korean market experience and I loved it.
There's nothing fancy about this place; accordingly the "fashionistas" you see at Gangnam, coffee shops and everywhere else "trendy" are nowhere to be seen.

Just simple folks selling their wares, and to me this felt like the "Real Korea," provincial, dirty and all.
