Charming layout located in the heart of Surfers Paradise...but not much else going for it sadly. I really wanted to like this place as Gold Coast lacks any sort of night time coffee culture. Hmmmm...
Ambience
Interior is really awesome, kooky and quite wonderful. Lounge set, dining tables, comfy couches as well as scores of books and board games on hand. Set out like a kitschy local cafe where you could spend hours with or without company.
Food
Such a shame that food is shi*e.
Coffee was burnt and sweet potato chips were undercooked and bathing in oil. Didn't even know it was possible to be both at the same time but there you go.
Have a friend who said when it's done right it's the best wedges on the coast...
hmm...not game enough to go back after 2 failures.
What a shame you had a bad experience. I've only been once but I loved their cold pressed coffee and had super fresh salads and burgers.
